The Monkey of Wool Mountain

I asked the universe for something. I don't often do this and I got exactly what I wanted. I was accepted into the Whistler Farmer's Market.... Now to create enough inventory. Stock is always a problem for me since I am the only knitter, but that may be about to change......say it isn't so..finally time to expand the business...

There is an expression that everyone gets what they ask for but nobody gets what they want. We'll see....

Another subject ..I wanted my spectacular New Zealand fleece and now I have it.

This is the white blend with a bit of angelina, plied onto itself, one thick thin and one thin ply. It is squishy and lovely merino and corriedale.

I asked for new business cards and John surprised me with these...

I have 10 separate images on the huge pile of cards......these are the best cards ever. Order some....I am not on commision, I just love them. Moo Cards

And then something I dare NOT ask for .......yes, another monkey from Pearl... hence the monkey reference. This one is double the size (she's big boned, okay)....

I did ask for exciting hat titles and I have already crocheted one. Let me know if you can guess which title belongs with this hat...

No need to answer right away. Feel free to ponder a while.

Last night I dropped in on a new group of knitters. They are talented and very entertaining. Birkeland Bros has a great group on Monday night from 7-9 pm. Check it out.
